Intercooler and piping, wiring, etc

I ended up splicing a 1G door connector gtom a 1G harness onto a 2G harness. Have to swap in 2G mirror switch because 1g switch shorts out and blows the fuse, where 2G switch has normally open circuit, 1G is always ground unless activated - kinda sucks, few more wires to solder, but fit is pretty good.

I ended up using door lock switch from 2G - almost plug n play. Only one bolt lined up, rest was modify some plastic and some hot glue to make sure it stays put.

Oops - offset pipe offset in wrong direction :) i think it slipped in the jig.

End tanks are well made, cast with transitions blended well. Upper and lower mount blocks are a nice plus. They come stock with helicoils!

One day i'll go back and move it up into crash beam, for now I'll let ut hang down.
